On the day of arrival, the flats are ready for check-in from 15:00. 
On the day of departure, check-out must take place by 10:00 am.

We love nature and we love animals. However, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our flats.

Our entire house is a non-smoking area. We ask for your understanding.

Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the guest without payment of a cancellation fee using a unilateral written declaration. (If a refund of the deposit paid is requested, the total amount minus a processing fee of € 50 will be transferred back, otherwise, the amount can also be credited for a next booking). In the event of cancellation by the guest, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fee:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• For cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
• In the event of cancellations at short notice, no show, late arrival and/or early departure, all booked days will be charged.
